Bitter & Real COFFEE TRUCK staat op het AMSTERDAM COFFEE FESTIVAL!

Op zoek naar een third wave koffiebar op wielen?

Op de shiny Kees van der Westen SPIRIT zetten we de meest waanzinnige espresso’s, cortado’s, cappuccinos & flat whites, op de tap hebben we verschillende single origin NITRO COLD BREWS en ook wordt er V60 filterkoffie geschonken. Dit alles van MAN MET BRIL KOFFIE uit Rotterdam.

Deze Elektrische Citroën HY is in te huren als Espressobar, Ontbijt-feest-café, Rollende Lunchtent, maar ook voor een klein diner met goede wijnen in een donker bos, een verjaardagscatering met limonade en bier van de tap, als hippe koffietent voor de deur van je kantoor of als Food & Coffee Truck met champagne, espressos en hapjes bij je bruiloft. We verzinnen een passend plan bij elke gelegenheid!

PANAMA | finca Janson

Somewhere in the volcanic Panamanian mountains lies the amazing Finca Janson Coffee farm.
Around 1940 Carl Janson (Sweden) fell in love with Volcán and it’s surroundings. He bought land and started breeding Angus cows there. He preserved the land carefully to make sure his children would also be able to enjoy the place.

Four of his sons started growing coffee 25 years ago.
Nowadays the Janson Family concentrates on high quality coffee like the famous Geisha varietal. The high altitude in combination with the special micro climate and the volcanic soil are perfect conditions for the high quality coffees to grow in.

Cale & Michael Janson are super dedicated to growing, treating, processing and roasting the coffees. There is an extreme amount of effort put into the coffee. Which you definitely taste in the cup. They are constantly experimenting with the pruning, harvesting, processing, the byproducts of coffee and the brewing!

Op zoek naar een mobiele koffiebar? Deze Elektrische Citroën HY is in te zetten als Espressobar, Ontbijt-feest-café, Rollende Lunchtent, maar ook voor een diner met goede wijnen in een donker bos, een verjaardagscatering met limonade en bier van de tap, als hippe koffietent op de hoek van je straat Food & Coffee Truck bij een bruiloft. We verzinnen een passend plan bij elke gelegenheid!

Op onze Kees van der Westen spirit zetten we met liefde espresso, espresso macchiato, cortado, cappuccino, een Flat-White of latte.. MMM!  Maar we zetten ook V60 filterbakkies & biologische Oolong Rock Tea of verse gember of muntthee! De geur van versgebakken koekjes met chocolade, kardemom en walnoot hangt in en om de bus. Ook beleggen we graag een zuurdesem boterham met geroosterde groenten uit de tuin en lekkere kaas. We werken vooral met biologische spullen, en maken alles met aandacht klaar.
